Me Mireille Nana, Founding Lawyer

Mireille Lavie Nana is the founder of the firm and practices mainly in corporate law, real estate and commercial litigation and air transport. Member of Quebec Bar since 2016, she offers clients her combined fifteen (15) years of experience in law, both as a legal advisor and as a lawyer with international firms and corporations in Quebec and France.

She combines her passion for travel with a keen curiosity motivated by the quest for excellence to meet the assistance needs of SMEs in the Quebec aerospace industry.

Ms. Nana places a premium on customer focus, integrity and respect in her business relationships. Clients consider her as a business partner for her forward-thinking approach and the support she offers them, from the creation of their entity to its expansion and even representation before the competent courts.

Nawaal Noémie Onadja, Paralegal

Ms. Onadja joined the MLT Avocats team in February 2023 as a paralegal in business and real estate law, after having worked for two (2) years in a boutique firm specializing in family law as a legal assistant, giving her a good grasp of legal procedure and enabling her to support the firm’s lawyers in civil and commercial litigation.

Currently enrolled in a professional training program at the Quebec Bar School, her dexterity allows her to immediately get involved in litigation and corporate files, where she and the firm’s lawyers evaluate the strategies offered to the client.
